Sometimes after returning to the United States (U.S). students and scholars are not able to retrieve the most recent, or correct, I-94, especially during the beginning of the school year and around winter break.

If you or your dependents are not able to pull up any record of your latest I-94 or there are any errors, please send us the following information in order to help Custom and Border Protection (CBP) find a record of your entry to the U.S.

Upload all of these documents to the International Student and Scholar Services Portal in the I-94 Correction Request and inform us about the issue you are having with your I-94. We will contact the CBP office at Harry Reid Airport on your behalf to see about getting your I-94 record corrected.

Note: CBP does not keep I-94 records for more than five years. If you entered the U.S. more than five years ago, this could be the reason you are having trouble retrieving your I-94. It is your responsibility to check your I-94 for accuracy after each time you re-enter the U.S."
